Army Co G 160th Inf. Died of heart disease. Multiple records have been checked here, Official rooster, ancestry, graves registration, SUV website. Documentation is not all the same. Pension papers indicate John G. was in 12th Ohio CAV, and the official rooster also indicates that; despite what appears on the stone.

**Please note, there are several John's, sometimes listed as J.W., some John G., and sometimes just John.

John G., wife Emily, and daughter Margaretta belong together.
