Rev Herman Adams, a Methodist minister, died at an early hour Sunday morning at his home in Chapel Hill, Polk township, of paralysis. He was 84 years old and was born in Kentucky. He was also a veteran in the Mexican war, and was a good citizen. He leaves the following children, Silas, Henry, Mrs. Mary Lindley and Mrs. E Patton. The body was buried today at Chapel Hill.
