Last Rites For John R. Arnold Held On Monday
Funeral services for John R. Arnold, Jackson, age 69, were held from the Church of Christ, Jackson, on Monday July 16, at 3:30 p.m., with interment in the Lakewood Cemetery.
Mr. Arnold died Saturday evening in Jackson at the family residence following an illness of four years.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Arnold, four daughters, Mrs. H. R. Johnson, Mrs. J. C. Rushton, Mrs. Norman Black-well and Mrs Grover Breazeale, all of Jackson, three sons, Alfred of Jackson, Wilfred of Brookhaven, and Billy
Arnold of Odessa, Texas.
Three brothers, Eugene, Lige, and Joe Arnold of Franklin County, and two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Womack of Bude, and Mrs. Frances Allred of Oak Grove, La.
Mr. Arnold was a member of the Church of Christ.
