Services will be 7 p.m. today at Becker-Hunt Funeral Home, with the Rev. Stephen Niles of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Family graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in City Cemetery, Newcastle, Neb. Visitation will be 3 p.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Mr. Bagley was born March 10, 1912, in Atlantic, Iowa, the son of James W. and Edna Pearl (Woolsey) Bagley. He moved to Sioux City in 1936.
He married Rose Schuder. Following her death, he married Emma Parish Stranathan on Aug. 23, 1978, in Whiting, Iowa.
He was employed as a manager with J&R Auto Supply. He was later employed with Johnson Hardware until retiring in 1974. He moved to South Sioux City in 1978.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Jerome "Jerry" of South Sioux City; a stepson, Ronald Martin of Arlington, Texas; a stepdaughter, Frances Smith of Barnet, Mo.; a brother, Arlo "Bud" of California; two sisters, Phyllis Helsing of Onawa, Iowa, and Midge Pearson of Weed, Calif.; two grandchildren, Rick and Dusty Bagley; a great-grandchild; stepgrandchildren; and great-stepgrandchildren.
