Bonnie Riecken, 83, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Harbour Assisted Living in Fort Wayne. Born in Antwerp, OH, Bonnie graduated form Hicksville HS. She worked as a Teller with Fort Wayne National Bank for 13 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of Widow to Widow support group through Pakview Hospital, where she also volunteered for many years. Bonnie loved spending time with her family and was very close to her sisters and brother in laws. She enjoyed music and played the organ for many years and had the opportunity to play the Grande Page pipe organ at the Embassy Theatre. Surviving are her sons, Jeffrey (Judy) Riecken, James (Diane) Riecken, Kurt (Sherry) Riecken all of Fort Wayne, IN brother in law, Lee Adang of Ft. Wayne, IN sister, Rita Hollingsead of Columbus, OH; 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Everett and Fern Angeline Bainbridge, husband, Walter Riecken Jr., sisters, Lela Ewing, and Letha Adang. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery,Fort Wayne IN. D. O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home.
