Mr. Lloyd of 3308 Castle Heights Ave. died Friday. He had been associated with Lloyd's manufacturing and Haywood-Wakefield furniture manufacturing companies for more than 40 years. He leaves his widow, Florence; a son, Marshall B. [Marshall Burns Lloyd II],West Los Angeles; a brother Marshall W[esley] Lloyd, Toledo; a sister, Mrs. William Ripley [née Edith Pearl Lloyd], Alberta, Can., and three grandsons. [Marshall Burns III, Randall William, and Richard John Lloyd].
