GEORGE P. BRUNNER

George Brunner, Sr., 67, of Manitowoc route 4, died Friday at the Holy Family hospital following a stroke. He was ill about four weeks.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. from the Pfeffer funeral home, and at nine o'clock from the St. Joseph Catholic church at Silver Lake.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Brunner, a farmer, was born April 24, 1876, in the town of Newton. For seven years he was a blacksmith at Cato.
In 1899 he married Mary Schisl, who passed away in 1906, and in 1907 was wed to Margaret Holze, who survives.
Other survivors are one daughter, Mrs. William Fessler of Manitowoc route 1, two sons, Urban at home and George, Jr., Manitowoc route 4, three brothers, Frank of Cato, Martin of Two Rivers and Joseph of Manitowoc route 4, and three
sisters, Mrs. Therese Waniger and Mrs. Louis Simmet of this city and Mrs. Clara Donavan of Chicago.
He was a member of the Holy Name society and for 19 years served as secretary of the St. Joseph congregation.
The rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 7:30 o'clock.
