Mrs. Harvey Krueger, 55, former Manitowoc resident who resided at 3224 N. 41st
St., Milwaukee, died Sunday morning at St. Joseph Hospital, Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, and at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Alverno. The Rev. D.F.
Hurley will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Krueger, nee Johanna Brunner, was born Aug. 10, 1907, in the Town of Cato,
daughter of the late Frank and Johanna Savage Brunner. She attended St. Joseph
Parochial School at Alverno and Valders High School. She was married Aug. 10,
1927, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Alverno, to Harvey Krueger and the couple
resided in Manitowoc County until moving to Milwaukee in 1955.
Mrs. Krueger was a member of the Third Order of St. Francis and Christian Mothers
Altar Society of St. Leo Catholic Church, Milwaukee.
Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Joseph Groh of Port Washington,
Mrs. Donald Siepel of Hales Corners and Miss Janice Krueger of Milwaukee; two
sons, Clement of Detroit and Hilary of Mesa, Ariz. and 14 grandchildren. Two sons
and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday where the Rosary will
be recited at 8 p.m.
