Son of Giovanni "John" & Giuseppa "Josephine" (Sanclemente) Poma. The fifth of their seven children.

Married first to Louise Varden/Vardanega on 02 May 1944 in Detroit, Wayne co., Michigan. They had one daughter.

Married second in Detroit, Wayne co., Michigan to Wilma Ruth nee Miller, (b. 06 Nov 1925 in Lilbourne, New Madrid co., Missouri, d. 31 Dec 2012 in Wayne co., Michigan), they had one daughter, Terri Lynn.

Later met another Wilma from Alabama, and they had two sons.

At different times he owned and operated a few Gas Stations. A Speedway in Highland Park, Michigan and two for Texaco in Warren, Michigan.
For many years he drove for Red Ball Moving Company.
At the time of his sudden death, he was working for Chrysler Corp. in Michigan.

He was a very care-free kind of guy, not home much, lots of fun and "always willing". Never worried about things. Had a magnetic personality, love or liked by all. He enjoyed driving cars...trucks. You may believe he was taking you to the local park and end up in Niagara Falls or Chicago!
