John P. Lindberg, 71, of Chicago, formerly of Evanston, died Saturday in Evanston Hospital.
Mr. Lindberg was an Evanston fireman more than 30 years.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. James Conway of Chicago, Mrs. Fred Reynolds of Wausau, Wisc., and Mrs. Fred Rohe of Indianapolis, two sons, Charles of Chicago and John of Seattle, and 21 grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted yesterday in Fitzgerald and Franklin Funeral Home. Burial was private.
