Larned, after a long illness.
Born June 11, 1918, in Rush County, he
married Pauline Yaeger Oct. 13, 1932, at Bazine.
He was a retired farmer, carpenter
and longtime Bazine resident.
He was a member of United Methodist
Church, Bazine.
Survivors: widow, of the home;
sons, Clifford, Garden City; Gary,
Santa Clara, Calif.; daughters, Angleta
Lapka, Timken; Jo Ann Schlegel.
Pueblo, Colo.; brothers, Fred and
Ed, both of Bazine; sister, Mollie
Moore, Bazine; eight grandchildren;
three great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at
the church; the Rev. Sam Hooker.
Burial at Bazine Cemetery. Friends
may caU from noon until 9 p.m. Saturday
and all day Sunday at Fitzgeralds
Funeral Home, Ness City. Memorials
