MONROE EVENING NEWS, 18 Mar 1968: "Mrs. Julia Pearl Curtis, 78, of 11 North Dr., Winter Trailer Park, in Zephyrhillis died Saturday in Zephyrhills. She had been ill for some time. She was formerly of Dundee.
Service will be at 1:30 tomorrow in the Buhl Funeral Home in Dundee with the Rev. Moses Vegh of the Pentecostal Church of Christ in Findly, Ohio, officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Dundee."

The daugher of Benjamin and Ann Ford, she was born in Putnam County, Ohio, Aug. 13, 1889. She was married to Nelson D. Curtis, Jr. who preceded her in death March 28, 1962.
She had lived in Dundee for 28 years and since her husband's death had made her winter home in Florida and summer home in Findlay, Ohio with her sisters. She was employed in the Bomber Plant at Willow run during World War II and was a telephone operator prior to that. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Jarbrow and Mrs. Lucinda Tisdale, both of Findley.
She was prceded in death by three brothers, Alfred, Grant and William A. Ford, and two sisters, Mrs. Lula Belle Wade and Mrs. Emma Fruchey."
