By her second husband, Ai, she had two children - Willis Stone (1865-1890) and Arthur L. Stone (1870-1943)
Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster MA, records indicate that Susan was buried there in the Joslin family plot. However, her name and dates were not added to the marker based on an inspection of the stone by Michael Moroney, findagrave.com volunteer, during a visit to the cemetery.
