Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Charles and Dora (Kohn) Isbell.
Surviving with his widow are a son, Frank E. Jr. of Allentown; four daughters, Mrs. Linda E. Gottschall with whom he resided, Nancy E. of Allentown, and Lois E. and Eileen E., both of Glenolden, Delaware County; a brother, the Rev. Robert of Willow Grove, and 11 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at
1 p.m. Wednesday in Montoursville Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. The Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, is in charge of arrangements.
