Funeral services for Mrs. Eva G. Walsh, 80 years old, who died in a local hospital yesterday morning, will be held at the Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Home tonight at 8 o'clock, Dr. Roy C. Snodgrass, pastor of the First Christian Church, officiating.
Pallbearers will be W.P. Strickland, K.S. Loving, Judge W.E. Gee, C.A. James, H.E. Clayton and Dr. H.L. Rogers.
The body will be sent to Austin for burial.
Mrs. Walsh, who had been a resident here since 1925, residing with her son, Harold Walsh, at 1300 West Thirteenth Avenue, died as a result of injuries suffered in a fall in her home about two weeks ago.
She was a member of the First Christian Church, where she was active in women's work.
Besides her son, Harold Walsh, she leaves a sister, Mrs. Dora C. Bowen, Washington, D.C.; two brothers, Frederick L. Goff, Sarasota, Calif., and Leigh B. Goff, Salida, Colo.; a nephew, R.B. Bowen, of Houston, and a niece, Mrs. Lois Knox, of Charleston, S.C.
