VAN ORSDEL, HELEN DIANA Age 41, passed away April 15, 2005, at her home in Hemet, CA due to cancer. Helen was born November 10, 1963, in Bath, England, to the parents of Brian and Muriel (Joy) Watts. She immigrated to the USA at the age of 11 months with her parents and four older brothers. She later became a naturalized US citizen. Helen finished her formal education in Carlsbad, CA. She was married on August, 20, 1988. Helen's greatest joys in life were her two sons. She was a devoted mother, who volunteered countless hours in their classrooms while they attended Hemet Elementary and Santa Fe Middle Schools. Helen made Hemet her home since 1991, where she made many deep and lasting friendships. Helen is survived by her husband Kirk, sons Andrew and Matthew, her parents Brian and Joy Watts, four older brothers Chris, David, Nick and Peter. A memorial service will be held on May 4, 2005, 12 noon, at the Torrey Pines Christian Church, located at 8320 La Jolla Scenic Drive North, La Jolla, CA.
