BERGER, Judge Jack H. Died Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House, Ft. Pierce, Florida. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, he returned there after law school to open a private practice before being elected Municipal Court Judge for the City of Kettering. After retiring from the practice of law, he moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Susan Durr Berger, sons Greg (Phoebe) Berger, East Lyme, Connecticut, Jeff Berger, San Jose, California, and daughters Nancy (Peter) Johnson, Augusta, Georgia and Valerie (James) McKinney, Princeton, New Jersey, and brother Robert Berger, Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Savanna Club Worship Service, c/o Judy Kruger, 3825 Hydrilla Court, Port St. Lucie Florida, 34952 or the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
