ANNA M. VOGEL
Mrs. Richard Vogel, 82, of Rt. 3, Manitowoc, died Friday afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim. The Rev. Anthony L. Betley will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Silver Lake.
Mrs. Vogel, nee Anna Marie Geiger, was born Nov. 6, 1891, at Brillion, daughter of the late Simon and Barbara Zipperer Geiger. She was married to Richard Vogel Jan. 18, 1916, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion, and established residence in the Town of Newton, residing there since. Prior to her recent illness she had
been employed at Stock's Supper Club for nine years. She was a member of St. Casimir Parish Rosary Society. Mr. and Mrs. Vogel celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1966.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Leonard, of Manitowoc and Richard Jr. of Green Bay; six daughters, Mrs. Arnold (LaVern) Stock, of Newton, Mrs. Henry (Beatrice) Katzberg, of Clarendon Hills, Ill., Mrs. Reinhardt (Irene) Staudinger, of Manitowoc, Mrs. Fredrick (Emma) Meyer, of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, Mrs. Richard (Ann) Jilot, of Green Bay, and Mrs. William (Elaine) Martin, of Plainview, Minn.; a
brother, Peter Geiger, of Brillion; 32 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A son, a daughter, six brothers, three sisters, a grandchild and a great grandchild preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday where a memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
