About 1900 Edward C. Dameron and his wife, Frances S Dameron, purchased real estate in Pike County which grew to be about 800 acres called the Falicon Farm, located on the Clarksville-Aberdeen road. Which is now Hwy W. Each fall Mr. Dameron would have his new farm implements taken to Clarksville for display.
They began construction on their home in 1901 with brick that was kilned on the property. Some of the brick was also used in the construction of Clarksville Public Library and the school located on Hwy. W. The home was completed in 1904 and was the permanent residence for the Dameron Family.
The Damerons had two children Catherine and Frances.
