Arthur C. Anderson, supervisor of the tool room at the Queen Stove Works since 1921, died of a heart attack at 6:40 Sunday morning. The death occurred at his home, 803 Ramsey street. He was 59 years old. He was born March 7, 1886, in Bath township, the son of Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Anderson of Clarks Grove. He lived in Freeborn county all of his life. Thirty-five years ago he was married to Miss Anna Wangen of Albert Lea who survives him. He was a tool and die maker by trade. He is survived by two sisters, five brothers, a foster daughter.
His sisters are:
Mrs. Alfred (Selma) Johnson of Clarks Grove
Mrs. John (Alma) Neese of Albert Lea.
His brothers are:
Oscar, Abe and Ludvick of Albert Lea
Hartvick of Clarks Grove
Herman of Baudette, Minnesota.
His foster daughter Mrs. Delbert Hoffman of Austin.
Mr. Anderson was a longtime member of the Lutheran Brotherhood of the First Lutheran church. His parents, a sister and two brothers preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 at the Bonnerup funeral home and at 2 at the First Lutheran church. Burial will be at the Lakewood cemetery.
