Andrea Lynn (White Cloud) Cotton, 60, of Williston, ND, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013, at Trinity Hospital in Minot, ND with her family by her side.
Andrea was born July 31, 1952 in Moorhead, Minnesota to Jerome and Aurelia (Mulhern) White Cloud. In 1953 they moved to Williston, North Dakota where she was raised and attended the Williston school system and graduated in 1970.
On September 23, 1972 she married Adrian Cotton. While wed they had 3 children. In November of 1972, their first and only son, Joseph (Jay) Jerome was born, daughter in March of 1975, Teresa Renae, and daughter in November of 1977, Tamara Kay was born. They made their home 7 miles east of Williston until 1988 when they divorced.
Andrea enjoyed bowling, softball, basketball and was very active in her church. She enjoyed being outdoors watching her kids play softball. She also enjoyed watching her grandkids, nieces, and nephews play volleyball, football, basketball, track, and any other sports that they played. She never missed a game no matter what the weather was like.
She is survived by her three children, son, Jay (Lisa) Cotton of Williston and their three children, Aukeyla, Asia, and Adelle; daughter, Teresa (Shane) French of Evans, CO and their children, Ashley, Lindsey, and Logan; daughter, Tamara (Richard) Cotton of Williston and their four children, Jordan and great grandson Brysen Jace, Kyleigh, Hunter, and Fisher; sisters, Bernadyne White of Trenton, Kay White Cloud of Williston; and brother, Darryl (Carolyn) White Cloud of Williston; nieces, Paula (Randy) Brunelle and their two sons, Dillon and Nicholas (Aimee) and their son, Ledger, Joni White Cloud of Williston, Lecia White Cloud of Minot, Kass White Cloud of Williston, and Falon (Chase) Justice of Williston; nephews, Wilbert LaDue Jr. of Newtown, Darryl LaDue, Corey and Trey White Cloud all of Williston.
Andrea was preceded in death by her parents, Jerome and Aurelia; and one grandson, Bryce Jace Cotton.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon, April 19, 2013, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church by Father Joshua Ehli.
An Evening Vigil Service and Rosary will be held Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Everson Memorial Chapel.
Friends may call at the Everson Funeral Home Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until noon, and at the church for the hour preceding the funeral.
Interment of the cremated remains will be held at a later date in the Riverview Cemetery.
