Michael Prescott, 58, of Castle Rock, Colorado, formerly of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, died Monday, April 15, 2013 in Colorado following a brief illness. Surviving are his wife, Lynn Prescott, and children Erin Prescott of Parker, Colorado, Philip Prescott of Parker, Colorado, Theresa Prescott of Bullshead City, Arizona, Lauren Prescott of Arizona, sisters Diane Prescott of Hummelstown, Christine Woolard of Cromwell, Connecticut, Gail Erford of Dillsburg, nephews Ken and Daniel Weaver, nieces Elyse and Jenna Klopp, and grandchildren Ashlyn and James Araki and Lucas Vega. He was predeceased in death by his daughter, Jacqueline Prescott and sister Patricia Prescott. Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. www.pennlive.com/obits
