Funeral services for Bobby Dalton McComic, 78, were held on Monday, April 22, 2013 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating was the Rev. Bill Kincaid. Interment followed with with military honors presented by the U.S. Army Honor Guard in Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Keithville.
Bobby was born on July 31, 1934 in Zwolle, LA to Riley and Ruby McComic and passed away on April 17, 2013 at home with his family surrounding him. He was a resident of Keithville and a member of Baptist Tabernacle. He was a retired oil field worker. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory is his wife; two sons and daughters-in-law; daughter and son-in-law; ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
