When Jeanne Marie d'Estrehan was born on November 14, 1753, in New Orleans, Louisiana, her father, Jean-Baptiste Honoré d'Estréhan de Beaupré, was 53 and her mother, Jeanne Catherine de Gauvrit (Gauvry), was 35. She married Pierre Enguerrand Philippe Marigny de Mandeville on July 14, 1772, in her hometown. They had five children in 13 years. She died on June 10, 1798, in Orleans, Louisiana, at the age of 44.
