William L. Adams, 82, of 325 Saratoga Ave., died early Friday morning at his home. He was born in Germany on Dec. 25. 1881, and was married in Athens, Wis., to Christine Harkner on Aug. 27, 1912, and they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary last year. A, resident of Oshkosh the past 12 years, he was a member of St. Josaphat Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Christine, and two brothers, Otto Adams, Milwaukee, and Reinhold Adams, Wausau. Services will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. at Fiss & Bills Funeral Home and 9 a.m. at St. Josaphat Catholic Church, with interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Marshfield. Friends may. call at the funeral home Sunday evening. The rosary will be recited Sunday at 7:30 p.m.
