Local relatives have received word of the death of Mrs. Christine Adams, Oshkosh, a former Athens resident, who died Jan. 22. Funeral services were held at Oshkosh last Saturday and burial was at Marshfield. Mrs. Adams was born in Missouri and married William Adams in Athens Aug. 27, 1912. He died last Oct. 18. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Lena Wangard, Tomahawk. Adams operated a blacksmith shop here.
