Templeton Lee "Temp." Thomas, died Sunday April 13,2013,at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri, with his family beside him.

Temp, was born January 8, 1932 in Chaffee, Missouri to Coyl Bryan and Wilma Ione (Anderson) Thomas. He attended High School in Lebanon, Missouri and Graduated in 1950, he attended William Jewell College, The University of Missouri and the University of Montana, with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Degree in Biology, as well as a Masters in School Administration. He taught and Administrated for several school districts in Missouri over the last nineteen years.

On September,8,1956, Temp was united in marriage to Sandra Elaine Holder, who preceded him in death in 1987. They were the parents of four children, all surviving. Temp greatly enjoyed the family gatherings to celebrate Holidays and Joyous occasions.

Temp enjoyed the outdoors and had a deep love of nature. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved to tell whoppers to all who shared these interests. He was a believer in the old adage " a stranger is a friend you have never met."

Temp is survived by three daughters, Lee Ann Norris and her husband Doug of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Dr. Janet Lynn Moore of Cedaredge, Colorado and Susan Elaine Remelius and her husband Eric of Columbia, Missouri and one son Bryan Keith Thomas of Cedaredge, Colorado, also surviving are eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
