Marcus William John Dreier, 76, of 313 Evergreen Lane, Chilton, Nov. 5, 1988, passed away Saturday, Nov. 5, 1988, at Calumet Medical Center, Chilton.
He was born Dec. 16, 1911, in the town of Rantoul, the son of the late Henry and Nellie (Sorenson) Dreier. On July 14, 1945, he married Emma Mertz at Trinity Lutheran Church, Rantoul. He farmed most of his life in the town of Rantoul and worked for 18 years at Foley Aluminum Specialty Co., Chilton.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Rantoul
Survivors include his wife, Emma; a son and daughter-in-law, Harvey and Karen Dreier, Hilbert; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Katherine, Susan and Ricky; three sisters, Mrs. Norman (Lillian) Boll, Hayton; Gertrude Ploeckelmann, De Pere; Ruth Loose, Sheboygan; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Rantoul. The Rev. Ferdinand Timler officiated.
