"Frank R. Diehm - Services for Frank R. Diehm, of Elm, veteran school director and prominent civic leader, were held on Tuesday afternoon from St. Paul's Church in Penryn.
Born in Elm, where he lived his entire life, Mr. Diehm was the oldest, in years of service, school director of the county, having served for nearly forty years on the Elizabeth Township School Board and more than two years on the Warwick Union School Board."
