James Leach, 23, of Union was killed in a head on collision with a transport truck in the city limits of Forest Saturday night.
Leach, an agent operator for the GM&O railroad, was the son of Coyt and Acia Vance Leach of Union. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Wallace Johnson of Jackson and Mrs. Mike Gunter of Starkville; two brothers, Rev. Kenneth Leach of Rome and Donnie Leach of Georgia. Also grandmother Louvenia Leach of Union.
Funeral services were held Monday July 15 at Pinckney Baptist Church with Interment in church cemetery.
