Carol Ann Conner, 68, of Connersville, passed away Friday, April 19, 2013, at her residence.
She was born December 31, 1944 in Richmond, Indiana, the daughter of Arnold and Maggie Iona Hughes Richardson.
On May 20, 1961, she was married in Abington, Indiana to Earl D. Conner, Sr.. Mr. Conner survives.
For more than twenty-two years, she worked as a dietary employee with Lincoln Centers, then, served with Residential CRF for more than fifteen years, retiring on medical leave in 2012. In her leisure, she enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends; in her younger years, she loved to dance.
Other than her beloved husband of fifty-one years, Earl, Sr., she is survived by six children, Earl D. (Kathy) Conner, Jr., Kimberly (Shawn) Pate, Archie (Sasha) Conner, Angela (Mike) Sorrell, Donald (Kitty) Conner and Michael (Heaven) Conner, all of Connersville, twenty-four grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and five siblings, Cecil (Janet) Richardson of Muncie, Indiana, Bev (Mike) Sadler and Stanley (Maggie) Richardson, both of Tennessee, Nancy (Tom) Clauson of California and Becky (Jeff) Jones of Richmond, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, James Arthur Conner, who died July 18, 1968.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home; burial will be in Abington Cemetery, Wayne County, Indiana – family and friends may call at the Funeral Home from 4 until 8 PM Monday; they may also visit anytime online at millermosterrobbins.com.
