A 10-year-old boy was killed Tuesday afternoon when the bicycle he was riding was struck from the rear by an automobile seven miles west of the city on a Town of Cato road.

Dead was Randall R. Otto, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Otto, of Rt. 1, Manitowoc.

Randall was born Jan. 6, 1955, at Manitowoc, son of Roy and Lorraine Bennin Otto. He had completed fourth grade at Valders Grade School this spring. He was also a Sunday school student.

Surviving besides the parents are a sister, (private), three brothers, (private) maternal grandmother, Mrs. Leona Bennin, of Manitowoc and paternal grandfather, Alfred Otto, of Kiel.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders, the Rev. Robert Onkka officiating. Burial will be in Gjerpen Church Cemetery.

Friends may call at Farley Funeral Home, Valders, after 4 p.m. Thursday until 11:30 a.m. Friday and then at the church.
