Relict of Elijah.
Age 93 years. (Theresa)

Hampshire Gazette, Wednesday, Jan. 11, 1837, Northampton, Mass., Vol: LI, Issue: 20, Page 3
DIED
In Easthampton, Jan. 8, Widow Mary Wright, relict of the late Mr. Elijah Wright, age ninety-two years and eleven months. For a great number of years she was connected with a Congregational church and uniformly exhibited in all her deportment the transforming influence of the religion which she professed. Her physical powers and mental faculties continued remarkably vigorous till within a few months previous to her death, and even to the last day of her life, she at times fully retained the exercise of her reason and appeared calmly to anticipate the hour of her dismissal. She has left a very numerous circle of relatives and friends who will mourn their loss and ever cherish her memory as one who fulfilled the varied offices of parent, grand-parent, neighbor and friend in such a manner as to awaken esteem and commend admiration "Previous in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints; they rest from their labors and their works do follow them."
