David A. Creek, 30, of Bentleyville, PA died Sunday, May 8, 2005 in Bentleyville, as a result of an (ATV) Allterrain vehicle accident, along with his wife.
Born September 10, 1974 in Spangler, PA he was the son of Leo N. and Susan (Bartlebaugh) Creek of Youngwood, PA.
He was a foreman at the Aiden Construction Company, Washington, PA. He was a member of Zion Baptist Church, Ansonville, PA and was a member of the Carpenters Union.
He is survived by his mother of Youngwood, PA, three sisters and three brothers, Suzi Holes of DuBois, PA, Leo Creek, Jr. of Curwensville, PA, Edward Creek of Bentleyville, Bill Creek, of Curwensville, Vicki Evans of Zebulon, NC and Angela Hale of DuBois, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, his wife Lori A. Creek whom he married August 8, 1998 and died May 8th 2005, a brother Jamie Creek, his maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Velma Bartlebaugh his paternal grandparents Edward and Mary Creek.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at The Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc., Clearfield, with the Rev. Fred R. Yearsley officiating.
Interment will be at Bradford Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home tomorrow from 2-4 abd 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 1 p.m. until the hour if services.
