On June 22, 1957, Victor was united in marriage with Vicki Ann Farley at Miami, Oklahoma.

He worked as an electrical lineman. He was with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for over fifty years, retiring in July of 1984.

From 1957 to 1960, he and his wife, Ann, lived in Ottawa, Kansas. From 1960 to 1963, he and his family lived on the west coast, in California, Oregon, and Washington. In 1964, they moved to Kansas City, Kansas, then to Overbrook, Kansas in 1984, where he made his home until his death Thursday, May 5, 2005, at the age of seventy-eight years.

Mr. Brandon was a member of Full Faith Church of Love in Shawnee, Kansas, and Local Union No. 53, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

Victor enjoyed the outdoors and walking. He liked to take pictures and was quite an expert with his digital camera. He was also quite knowledgeable about computers and enjoyed researching genealogy. Victor's family was of greatest importance to him; however, he also loved his pets, especially his dog, Bo Bo.

His wife, Ann, preceded him in death on November 17, 2001. He is also preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.
