MacMURTRIE, John; April 14, 2013; beloved husband of the late Janet (nee Ram) MacMurtrie; dear brother of Peter MacMurtrie; dearest brother-in-law of Joan (late Daniel) McCollum, Marianne (Anthony) Grimmelt, the late Edwin (Geraldine) Ram and Doris (Robert) Boeing; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. The family will be present Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner Hopkins Road). Family and friends are invited to assemble Thursday at 9:30 AM in Christ the King Church, Main Street at Lamarck Drive, Snyder, NY. Flowers gratefully declined.
