Mr. Denny Lee Palmer, 68, of Martinez, died Sunday, May 2, 1999, at St. Joseph Hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Warren Baptist Church, Martinez, with the Revs. Michael Lewis and DuRon Sapp officiating. Burial will be in Westover Memorial Park.
Mr. Palmer, a native of Charleston, W.Va., had retired from Davis Insulation as a sales manager. He was a member of Scottish Rite Bodies Free and Accepted Masons and the Shade Tree A's Model A Club. He was a Marine Corps veteran and a member of Warren Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille ''Lucy'' Palmer; a son, John Palmer, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a daughter, Sharon Price, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; four sisters, Jewell Payne and Sue Wilkinson, both of Charleston, Learlene Basham, Butler, Pa., and Jean Cardew, Phoenix; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Carlon Lewis, Bob West, Brad Payne, Howell Sapp, Phillip Moncrief and Therrell Sapp.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Shade Tree A's Model A Club.
