Lee A. Cowgill, 99, passed away November 20, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Bertha (Knox) Grant, husband John H., children Howard Cowgill and Marjorie Grace and grandchildren Jack Weldon and Allen Cowgill.
She is survived by her children, Delores (Wray) Kimmel, Elma Janet West and Richard Cowgill; as well as numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Lee was a Past Madam
President of the Egles Aerie 2252 and a member of VFW Buckeye Post 1598, Amvents Post 89 and UAW 969. Visitation Monday, November 23, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, NE CHAPLE, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral Service Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio.
