Troy was born July 8,1944 in Sulphur, Okla. He was the son of James Rufus and Bertha T. (Ketcherside) Cacy. He worked as a mechanic for many years & really knew a lot about working on cars. He enjoyed fishing, coon hunting, raising chickens & gardening. He always raised good tomatoes!
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Bertha Cacy, and siblings, Howard Cacy, Vernon Cacy and sister Agnes Burden.
