She was born June 28, 1915, in Corwin Township, the daughter of C.A. and Mary A. McCord Dobey. She married Floyd O. Curry in 1936 in Williamsville; he died in 1994. An infant son also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Curry retired as a clerk from the secretary of state's office. She was a member of Elkhart Christian Church.
Survivors: daughter, Marlene (husband, Richard) Lanterman of Elkhart; two sons, Robert Curry of Summerville, S.C., and Gus (wife, Felecia) Curry of Bethany, Mo.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln, Jerry Pippenger officiating. Burial: Elkhart Cemetery.
