He was honorably dischargedat Louisville, KY 20 Spe 1865.

Her parents were William Hale Perdue and Sarah Howell of Virginia. They lived on a farm in Allen county, KY. This land was involved in the land dispute between KY and TN. After the land settlement, this farm ended up located in sumner county, TN. In 1864, the Perdue family and Dan and Martha Bryant moved to Bedford Township, Lincoln County, MO.
