WINSTED – PASSINI – Marland Quinlan Passini, 81, passed away on February 16, 2009. Born January 31, 1928 in Winsted, CT; the son of the late Frank R. and Sophia E. (Rood) Passini. He is survived by two sisters, Esther Bracey and Laura Whyte, both of VA; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at Forest View Cemetery, Winsted in the spring.
