Terry David Clark, 57, of Covington died at 5:30 p.m. Saturday (May 21, 2005) at Angel Care, Franklin, Ind.
Mr. Clark was born Sept. 5, 1947, in Covington, a son of Burton H. and Violet Lawson Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
He attended the Covington Elementary School. He enjoyed staying at the fire house with the firemen in Covington and riding in the antique fire truck in parades.
He was a member of First Baptist Church.
