Mrs. Ruth May Shetler, 79 of 440 E. Catherine St; died Sunday morning at Chambersburg Hospital after an illness of one year. she was the widow of Harry B Shetler.
She was born in Lemark, Ill., the daughter of William C. and Annie Socks Carl.
She was a member of the Solomon United Church of Christ of Grindstone Hill.
She was a member of the Golden Age Club and the Chambersburg Garden Club.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Glen E Keller of Chambersburg; Two sons, W. Carl Shetler of Mont Alto and Glen H Shetler of Fayetteville; and eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Wed. at the Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home in Chambersburg with the Rev Dean M. Bogg officiating. Burial will be in the Norland Cemetery near Chambersburg.
