She was born on September 7, 1918 in Luthersburg, PA, a daughter of the late Charles O and Mary Ellen (Galentine) Swartzlander.
Mrs. Haag was employed by the former Kent Sportswear, Curwensville, for several years.
She was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church and the St. Bonaventure's Ladies Guild.
She is survived by her husband, Seymor J. Haag, whom she married October 23, 1937

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Nana Haag, son-in-law Thomas Dilts, grandson Dennis E. Jones, great-grandson Todd Rae Titler, five sisters and four brothers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. with Msgr. Joseph Bobal as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Saint Bonaventure Cemetery, Grampian.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM
The Rosary will be recited at the funeral home on Tuesday at 2:30 pm by the members of the St. Bonaventure's Ladies Guild. A Christian Vigil Service will be held at 8:00 pm.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to DRMC Hospice, P.O. Box 447, Dubois, PA 15801 or St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, P.O. Box F, Grampian, PA 16838
