JANESVILLE, Wis. - Dr. Frank B. Farnsworth, 80, one of the founders and senior member of the Munn-Farnsworth clinic of Janesville, died in a hospital after an illness of several weeks. He had practiced here for 45 years. He is survived by a son, Major Richard Farnsworth, a member of the Army medical corps assigned to Fort Knox, and a daughter, Mrs. John Dixon of Rockford.
