Lucille E.(Alexander)Gregory, daughter of Neal and Carrie(Brown) Alexander, was born October 19, 1920 near Sleeper, Missouri and left this life for her heavenly home on May 8,2013 at Christian Healthcare South in Lebanon, Missouri.

In 1944 she was united in marriage to Loran Gregory, who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Hazel McClure, Eunice Hillhouse, and Hester Allee; a brother Claun Alexander; a son Gordon Gregory, and a granddaughter, Stephanni Gregory Mask.

She worked as a bookkepper for her husband's excavating business as well as bookkepper for the Sleeper Fire Department, which she served on the board of directors. She also was a Republican party committeewoman for the Auglaize Township.

She professed her faith early in life and was a long time member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters,Dr. Alexandra Fern Gregory of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and Cherie Clift and her husband, Tommy of Conway, Missouri, a son Darrell Gregory and his wife Janice, of Sleeper, Missouri, a brother Robert Alexander of Spearfish, South Dakota; a sister Eva Mae Sherrer, of Sleeper; seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews.
