Maude Evelyn Wheeler was 87, a resident of Coffeyville, and a Wilson County native, died Monday, November 4, 1996, at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Neodesha October 21, 1909, the daughter of Frank A. & Stella (Young) Kebert. She graduated from Neodesha High School in 1930 and lived in Neodesha for many years. She was a member of the First Christian Church.
She married Guy A. Sexton in Fredonia, and he preceded her in death. She married Cecil Souders on February 4, 1950, and he preceded her in death. On December 26, 1967, she married Ivan Wheeler in Neodesha, and he died in 1992.
Her memorial service was held November 8, 1996 at graveside with the Reverend Jesse Myers presiding.
Interment was in the Neodesha City Cemeteries Second Addition in Lot 95, Space 2.
