Arthur W. Holman of Beaman died at 11:15 p.m. Saturday night at the home of his sister, Mrs. Myrtle Thomas, route 1, Beaman. Mr. Holman was born in Beaman on October 3,
1875. He moved to Montana fifty years ago and still later settled in Oregon for thirty-five years. He returned to this part of the country October 5 of this year. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. lodge the past twenty-five years.
Besides a sister he is survived by one brother, Henry Holman, of route 5, Sedalia. Two nephews and two nieces also survive. Funeral services will be held at the Gillespie funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Hopewell cemetery.
