Clifford DeWayne McDermon, 18, our son finished his journey on this earth April 27, 2005 at 5:30 P.M.; now he is in the arms of Jesus.
Funeral services will be held 2P.M. Sunday in the gym of Westside High School. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Luther Strickland and Rev. Hershel Sizemore will be officiating.
Cliff was born May 28, 1986 and was a 2004 graduate of Westside High School. He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and was a member of DECA.
He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Rick Tanner of Macon; Grandmother, Gerri McDermon of Macon and Laura Tanner of Gray; Uncles, Ricky McDermon of Macon, Tim Tanner of Gray; Aunts, Kathy McDermon of Macon; Sheila Walters and her husband Craig of Sale City, GA, Judy Gordy and her husband Rick of Gray, GA; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Saturday in the funeral home, and may be contacted at the parent's home, 247 Springview Drive, Lake Wildwood, Macon, Georgia.
Cause of death: Injuries sustained in a car accident.
